A concise, NCERT-based course for the Humanities domain papers of CUET UG: History, Political Science, Geography and Sociology. Each chapter has an overview, concept pages with key facts and worked steps, and a practice set with ten quick questions. What you will cover: • Modern History: century arcs, landmarks, theme cards, sources and provenance, causes in layers and the methods of national movements • Indian Polity: the Constitution, Fundamental Rights, Directive Principles, the organs of government, federalism, local government and amendment • India Geography: distribution of people, resources, crops and soils, environment links and disasters • Sociology: stratification, institutions, social change, diversity and pluralism • Map pins and a claim, evidence and rule method for passage questions The pattern used is from the CUET UG 2026 information bulletin: 50 compulsory questions in 60 minutes, +5 for a correct answer and −1 for a wrong one, with domain papers based on the NCERT syllabus. Check the latest bulletin and syllabus at cuet.nta.nic.in for your exam year. This is a themed starter course, not full coverage of every chapter. For data such as census figures or forum limits, use the latest official source. Each of the 7 chapters has a practice test that draws 10 fresh questions per attempt from a tagged bank of 20, with unlimited retakes. Expect roughly 18 hours of self-paced study.
