SSC JE 2026 Paper-I: A 3-Week Revision Plan

SSC JE Paper-I (CBT) is reported for 2–6 November 2026; confirm on ssc.gov.in and watch for the city slip and admit card.

Week 1 — Core technical

  • Civil: building materials, surveying, soil mechanics, RCC basics.
  • Mechanical: thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, theory of machines.
  • Electrical: circuits, machines, measurements, power systems basics.

Week 2 — Reasoning + GA

  • Daily 25 reasoning questions: analogy, series, coding-decoding, Venn diagrams.
  • GA: static GK plus last 4 months of current affairs (RBI, awards, important days).

Week 3 — Mocks

One full mock every day, then 60 minutes of error review. Re-read your formula sheet each night.

Exam-day tips

  1. Attempt GA first (fast), then reasoning, then technical.
  2. Mark doubtful technical questions; revisit only if time remains.
