JEE Main has no age limit. Candidates who passed Class 12 in 2025 or 2026, or who are appearing in 2027, can apply. Institutes may have their own age rules.
Before you apply
- Make sure your name, date of birth and photo match your Aadhaar or other ID. The bulletin advises updating Aadhaar details before applying.
- Keep category, EWS and PwD certificates ready.
- Submit only one application. NTA treats multiple forms as unfair means.
- Pay the fee and download the confirmation page. If the confirmation page does not appear, check with your bank before paying again.
